With temperatures up to 200 °C on the bottom of the kettle it is possible to fry and braise the food in the kettle.
The high power and the big frying area makes it possible to fry bigger amounts before adding liquid and finish the cooking.
The stirrer moves the food and gives the possibility to switch from frying to cooking mode makes the kettle usable also for food that is more sensible for higher temperatures.
The stirrer has six dynamic stirring programs, which automatically adapt the direction and pauses to the speed selected and therefore always operate optimally. The stirring programs define if the stirrer changes the direction and the lenght of the pause.
